I used this program called Harvest to track hours spent on my Ask the Gooru Chrome extension recently (googlegooru.com/chromeextension) and I thought they had a cool integration with Gmail and Google Apps.

We are using Harvest and Google Apps.
We used to have monthly time reports for all our coworkers in Excel, so they can track overtime, quota vacation and so on.
Now we moved these reports to google apps spreadscheets and automatically retrieve hours from harvest thanks to their REST-api.
Little companies around us got our consultancy and uses our scripts for reporting as well.
