Opening a Set of Tabs in Chrome on Startup + Tabcloud Chrome Extension

Gooru Tip - Maximize the video player and adjust video quality for optimal viewing!

Today’s video is about how to manage your Google Chrome settings so that it automatically loads a set of tabs when you open up your browser. You can change these settings for your various Chrome profiles, and create a different window session for each as soon as you open up Google Chrome.

The second half of the video is about a Chrome extension called Tabcloud, which allows you to save a window session and restore it at a later date from any computer. All you have to do is sign into your Chrome profile and you will have all of your Tabcloud window sessions available.

  1. thanks for the tip on set of tabs,

As for tabcloud, I’ve tried it and it worked so-so. Tabcloud remembered my different tab collections and the names i had given them. But I was experiencing that every time I opened of a tab collection it disappeared from the list.

The funny thing is, the exact same thing happened for a similar extension that I tried yesterday – called Sesh. Sesh did remember my tab collections but only to the point where I opened them up and them they too disappeared from Sesh.

    Leif
