  1. Awesome!

Have you tried the phone-out in Hangouts?
We have a company where we do monday meetings by phone and I’m looking at switching that to Hangouts. Problem is, sometimes we have sales people out and about with no 3G reception. So a call-in/call-out is a must.
Do you know if it works for multiple phone-outs?

    BTW, I love your videos!

    • I’ve tested phoning out to one person and it works ok. The audio quality is not great though honestly. I’m sure if you wanted to phone out to multiple people, you could use a bridge line and have them all call in. Let me know how it goes and glad you like the videos!

  2. I’d like to post photos from staff events to Google+ as a way to encourage our staff to use Google+.

I was curious about whether making photos available to people “in our organizations” in the audience box would make it appear on the newsfeed of everyone — even people not in my circle. It seems that my photos post was no visible to people in my organization unless they were in my circle.

Any idea if there is normal or if there is a setting I need to change.

P.S. Your videos are very clear and concise. The 2-minute thing is ideal.

    • Darryl,

Unfortunately, in order for those posts to be visible to people within your organization, they must be in your circle. However, another solution is to create a page for your organization. Once members of your organization join the page, your posts will appear on their newsfeed. You can also delegate so that other people at our company can post on the page. If you are having any more trouble, feel free to email me at gooru@gooruvideos.com. Glad to hear that you are enjoying the videos.
