This is a video on 2 different way to make a voice call from within your Gmail Inbox.
1. The first one I talk about is clicking on the phone icon in your chat box. Once you do so, it will bring up a dial box, and you can call someone’s phone directly from your Gmail inbox.
2. The second way to call someone is by calling their Gmail. You can do so by hovering your mouse over their name on your chat list and pressing the phone icon.
