Recently, Google gave administrators the ability to add nicknames to groups. That way, a group can have multiple e-mail addresses and they will all go to the same place.
Directions to add nicknames to a group:
1. “Settings”
2. “Manage this domain”
3. “Groups”
4. Click on the Group you’d like to add a nickname to
5. “Nicknames”
6. “Add a nickname”
